Battery test, replacement and registration in Baku
A battery rarely dies out of the blue: it loses capacity first. We measure its real condition with a tester, replace it if it's weak, and track down the cause if something drains it overnight. On modern cars (BMW, Mercedes, VAG and others) the new battery must be registered in the control unit, otherwise the alternator charges it wrongly and it wears out fast.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a battery test and registration cost?
A test is from 10 AZN; replacement with BMS registration starts from 20 AZN depending on the make. The new battery itself is charged separately (you can bring your own).
Why does a battery need registering?
The control unit needs the battery's type and capacity to set the right charging voltage. Without registration a new battery can wear out in 1–2 years, and start-stop and other functions may switch off.
Is replacing the battery enough?
Not always. If the cause is a weak alternator or a drain overnight, the new battery will go flat too. That's why we measure the charging system and parasitic drain before replacing it.
