Terms of use

1. Services

We service the electrical and electronic systems of cars: computer and oscilloscope diagnostics, wiring and electrical repair, ECU programming, control unit repair, alternator and starter repair, injector cleaning, VAG feature activation and language changes for Chinese cars. The list and descriptions of services are given on the website and may change.

2. Booking

• You can send a booking request via the website, the account, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have contacted you and agreed on a time.
• In the “My bookings” section of the account you can see your pending and confirmed bookings and cancel them. The freed time is offered to another customer.
• If you can't make it, please let us know in advance so we can offer the slot to another customer.

3. Customer account

• You sign in to the account with your phone number and a one-time code sent to it by SMS; there is no password. To register you must give your name and your own phone number correctly; one number belongs to one account only.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone and SMS codes safe: never give the code to anyone. If you think someone has signed in to your account without permission, sign out of all devices in settings and contact us.
• In the account you can see your service history, bookings, balances and warranties, add cars, cancel bookings and manage payment cards.
• The details of a car you add yourself count as unverified until the workshop has checked them.
• The job status and ready time shown in the account are estimates and may change as the work goes on; the final details are in the job document.
• You can delete the account in settings (confirmed with an SMS code). The deletion takes place after 14 days and is cancelled if you sign in again in that time. An account can't be deleted while there is an open order, an unpaid balance or an active booking.
• If the account is abused (false details, abuse of SMS requests, signing in as someone else) we may restrict access.

4. Prices

• Prices on the website are starting prices (“from …”) in Azerbaijani manat (AZN).
• The final price is set after diagnostics, based on the car's condition, and agreed with you before any repair begins.
• No extra work is done and no extra payment is charged without your consent.
• Prices may change without notice; work already agreed keeps the agreed price.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the workshop once the work is finished and the result has been shown to you. We tell you the available payment methods when you book.

The account lets you pay an unpaid balance by adding a payment card:

• For now this is demo mode: no payment provider is connected yet; the “Pay” button in the account doesn't charge any real money and doesn't change the balance. Payments are still taken at the workshop as before.
• Once a provider is connected, card payments will be processed by the payment provider; the card number and CVV never reach us and are not stored. A payment confirmed by the provider is recorded against the workshop's account.
• You can remove a card you added at any time in the account.

6. Parts

We use only genuine parts in repairs. You may bring your own; in that case the warranty covers only the work done, and we are not responsible for the quality of the part you supplied.

7. Warranty

• Electrical work we carry out comes with up to 12 months warranty. The exact period depends on the type of work and is stated in the work record.
• The warranty doesn't cover faults caused by improper use, accidents, interference by third parties, or parts we didn't install.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us; we will review it based on your service history.

8. Liability

We are responsible for carrying out the agreed work properly. We are not liable for faults that could not be detected during diagnostics, or for faults that existed before the service and are unrelated to the work done. Information on the website is general and does not replace a professional diagnosis of your specific car.

9. Use of the website

The texts, design and logo of the website belong to AvtoTexnik and may not be used commercially without permission. External links lead to third-party services, whose content we are not responsible for.

10. Personal data

How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We aim to resolve any dispute through negotiation first; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court in accordance with the law.
